If you're making a weekend of it, we hope you'll have time to enjoy a little of the East End beyond the wedding festivities. Whether you're looking for a great breakfast, a long lunch, fresh seafood, sunset drinks, or a late-night cocktail, there are plenty of places worth checking out.
We've put together a list of some of our favorite restaurants, bars, cafés, and local spots. We hope you enjoy exploring the area and have a wonderful weekend—we can't wait to celebrate with you!
A Montauk classic overlooking Lake Montauk, The Crow's Nest is one of our favorite spots for sunset cocktails and dinner. The menu is Mediterranean-inspired with fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables, and a great wine list, all served in a relaxed, beachy setting that's perfect for a lingering evening. It's especially beautiful around golden hour.
A quintessential Montauk spot, Duryea's is known for its stunning waterfront setting, fresh seafood, and iconic lobster salad. Grab a glass of rosé or a bottle of wine, settle in for sunset overlooking Fort Pond Bay, and enjoy one of the best views on the East End. It's the perfect place for a long lunch or an early dinner after a day at the beach. (Just note: it's walk-in only and serves beer and wine, not cocktails.)
A longtime East Hampton favorite—and a sister restaurant to Houston's, one of our all-time favorites—East Hampton Grill is known for its warm, polished atmosphere and consistently excellent American cuisine. Whether you're in the mood for fresh seafood, a perfectly cooked steak, or their famous rosemary biscuits and martinis, it's always a great choice for dinner.
Set on the porch of the beautifully restored Hedges Inn, Swifty's is a chic spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or cocktails just steps from Main Street and Main Beach. The menu features elevated American classics in a charming garden setting that's perfect for a leisurely meal or drinks before a stroll through the village. Swifty's at The Hedges is the East Hampton outpost of the beloved New York City and Palm Beach favorite.
Great spot for late-night drinks and live music.
A favorite for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the heart of East Hampton Village. Stop by for espresso and pastries, a leisurely lunch, or classic Italian dishes and cocktails after a day at the beach. It's a relaxed spot that's perfect for people-watching on Newtown Lane.
Tutto Caffè is the perfect spot for a morning espresso, a casual lunch, or an afternoon aperitivo. With a chic indoor/outdoor setting, Italian pastries, paninis, wine, and cocktails, it’s an easy stop for a relaxed bite or a pre-dinner drink while exploring the village.
